膜诱导技术在慢性骨缺损创伤治疗中的应用

【摘要】 目的 分析膜诱导技术在慢性骨缺损创伤治疗中的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析2019年8月—2021年8月黑龙江省牡丹江林业中心医院收治的60例慢性骨缺损创伤患者,将其根据治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,对照组24例,实施传统骨缺损治疗方法,观察组36例,实施膜诱导骨损伤诊疗技术,比较两组患者临床效果、愈合时间、关节功能评分以及术后3个月感染相关指标。结果 观察组临床有效率为100.00%,高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=13.077,P<0.05)。影像学平均愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后观察组患者的WBC、CRP、ESR水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),末次随访时观察组患者HSS、Baird-Jackson评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 膜诱导骨损伤诊疗技术有助于增强慢性骨缺损修复的抗感染效果,缩短创面愈合时间,促进改善患肢功能。

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of membrane induction technology in the treatment of chronic bone defect trauma. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 60 patients with chronic bone defect trauma admitted to Mudanjiang Forestry Center Hospital in Heilongjiang Province from August 2019 to August 2021. According to the treatment plan, they were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group consisted of 24 patients who received traditional bone defect treatment, while the observation group consisted of 36 patients who received membrane induced bone injury diagnosis and treatment technology. The clinical efficacy, healing time, joint function score, and infection related indicators at 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 62.50% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=13.077, P<0.05), the average healing time of the imaging group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of WBC, CRP, and ESR in the postoperative observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the last follow-up, the HSS and Baird Jackson scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Membrane induced bone injury diagnosis and treatment technology can enhance the anti infection effect of chronic bone defect repair, shorten the wound healing time, and promote the improvement of limb function.
