【摘要】 目的 探究即刻种植与传统延期种植在前牙区的应用效果以及对牙齿留存率的影响。方法 选取2020年1与—2021年1月临沂市中医医院收治的前牙区种植患者113例为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为即刻种植组（56例，行即刻种植治疗）和延期种植组（57例，行传统延期种植治疗）。对比两组的红色美学指数（PES）、种植体边缘骨吸收评估指数（MBL）以及实际留存率。结果 行即刻种植组PES评分高于延期种植组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者术后3、6、12个月MBL评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。24个月后回访观察，即刻种植组失访1例，实际留存率96.36%(53/55)，延期种植组失访2例，实际留存率94.55%(52/55)，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 在前牙区种植中应用即刻种植患者种植体实际边缘骨吸收、留存率与传统延期种植临床效果相当，但即刻种植治疗时间短，实际美学效果较佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the impact of immediate implantation and traditional delayed implantation in anterior teeth and the impact on tooth retention rate. Methods A total of 113 patients with anterior dental implantation admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, they were divided into immediate implantation group(56 patients receiving immediate implantation) and delayed implantation group(57 patients receiving traditional delayed implantation). The red aesthetic index(PES), implant edge bone resorption assessment index(MBL), and actual retention were compared between the two groups. Results The PES score of immediate planting group was higher than that of delayed planting group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in MBL scores between 2 groups at 3, 6 and 12 months after surgery(P>0.05). Follow-up observation 24 months later showed that 1 case was lost to follow-up in the immediate planting group, and the actual retention rate was 96.36%(53/55); 2 cases were lost to follow-up in the delayed planting group, and the actual retention rate was 94.55%(52/55), the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The actual marginal bone resorption and retention rates of patients with immediate implantation in the anterior dental region were similar to those of traditional delayed implantation. However, the treatment time of immediate implantation was short and the actual aesthetic effect was better.更多还原
