【摘要】 目的 分析单纯性乳房早发育患儿接受加减知柏地黄丸治疗的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年5月—2021年5月期间株洲市妇幼保健院收治的单纯性乳房早发育女童60例为研究对象，按照随机数表法划分为两组，每组30例。对照组采用常规方法治疗，治疗组在常规治疗方法基础上配合加减知柏地黄丸治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后，治疗组烦躁易怒（0.53±0.12）分、盗汗（0.66±0.13）分、夜寐不安（0.53±0.16）分、潮热颧红（0.43±0.12）分、咽干口燥（0.54±0.12）分、溲赤便秘（0.64±0.17）分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=8.475、8.628、14.698、11.990、7.443、8.007,P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组乳房发育分期评分（0.27±0.06）分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（t=5.715,P<0.05）。治疗组临床总疗效（96.67%）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=4.705,P<0.05）。治疗组治疗总满意度（93.33%）高于对照组（70.00%），差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.454,P<0.05）。结论 使用加减知柏地黄丸对单纯性乳房早发育患儿实施临床治疗，能够显著改善其临床症状，提升治疗效果，整体满意度高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of modified Zhibai Dihuang Pills for children with simple premature breast development.Methods Sixty girls with simple early breast development admitted to Zhuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into two groups according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional methods, and the treatment group was treated with Zhibai Dihuang Pill on the basis of conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, irritability(0.53±0.12) points, night sweat(0.66±0.13) points, restlessness(0.53±0.16) points, hot flushzygomatic redness(0.43±0.12) points, dryness of pharynx and mouth(0.54±0.12) points, deutzia constipation(0.64±0.17) points in the treatment group were all lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=8.475, 8.628, 14.698, 11.990, 7.443, 8.007, P<0.05). After treatment, the score of breast development stage of the treatment group(0.27±0.06) points was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.715, P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group(96.67%) was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=4.705, P<0.05). The total satisfaction of treatment group(93.33%) was higher than that of control group(70.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.454, P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical treatment of children with simple premature breast development using modified Zhibai Dihuang Pills can significantly improve their clinical symptoms, improve the treatment effect, and the overall satisfaction is high.更多还原
