【摘要】 目的 评价颌骨骨折患者应用微型钛板坚固内固定术治疗的有效性。方法 选取巨野县人民医院2021年2月—2022年2月就诊的78例颌骨骨折患者，根据随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，每组39例，对照组采用钢丝骨间结扎固定术治疗，观察组应用微型钛板坚固内固定术治疗，比较两组颌骨骨折患者的治疗效果。结果 观察组的治疗优良率（94.87%）高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ~2=5.186,P<0.05）。观察组治疗后的GI评分（1.24±0.23）分、DI评分（1.31±0.36）分、PI评分（2.00±0.28）分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的平均骨折愈合时间（2.00±0.23）月和手术时间（40.25±3.69）min均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组的并发症（牙龈炎、感染、骨折延迟愈合）发生率（5.13%）低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组颌面部、咀嚼功能、开口功能评分分别为（1.05±0.12）分、（0.59±0.11）分、（0.71±0.24）分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 颌骨骨折患者应用微型钛板坚固内固定术治疗的效果显著，可以更好地恢复颌面部功能，降低并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of treatment with miniature titanium plate sturdy internal fixation in patients with jaw fractures. Methods Seventy-eight patients with jaw fractures attending Juye County People′s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with wire interosseous ligation fixation and the observation group was treated with miniature titanium plate sturdy internal fixation. The treatment effects of patients with jaw fractures in the two groups were compared. Results The treatment excellent rate of the observation group(94.87%) was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=5.186,P<0.05). The GI scores(1.24±0.23) points, DI scores(1.31±0.36) points and PI scores(2.00±0.28) points after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The mean fracture healing time(2.00±0.23) months and operative time(40.25±3.69) min in the observation group were shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications(gingivitis, infection, and delayed fracture healing) in the observation group(5.13%) was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The maxillofacial, masticatory and opening function scores of the observation group(1.05±0.12) points,(0.59±0.11) points and(0.71±0.24) points, respectively, were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of miniature titanium plate sturdy internal fixation in patients with jaw fractures is effective, can better restore the function of the jaw and reduce complications.更多还原
