【Abstract】 ISO 21173:2019, Submersibles—Hydrostatic pressure test—Pressure hull and buoyancy materials, is the first ISO standard published by the working group on submersible. This paper introduces the drafting background,drafting principles and drafting process of the standard, interprets its main contents and technical consideration, and summarizes the benefits from the implementation of the standard, which can provide the reference for conducting hydrostatic pressure test on pressure hull and buoyancy materials of submersibles and fully implementing and continuously optimizing the standard.更多还原
