【摘要】 ISO 21173:2019《潜水器耐压壳体和浮力材料静水压力试验方法》是ISO潜水器工作组内出版的第一项国际标准。本文介绍了该项标准的起草背景、编制原则及编制过程,对主要内容和技术考虑作了解读,并总结了该项标准的实施效益,以更好地指导潜水器耐压壳体和浮力材料开展静水压力试验,推动该项标准的贯彻落实和持续优化。

【Abstract】 ISO 21173:2019, Submersibles—Hydrostatic pressure test—Pressure hull and buoyancy materials, is the first ISO standard published by the working group on submersible. This paper introduces the drafting background,drafting principles and drafting process of the standard, interprets its main contents and technical consideration, and summarizes the benefits from the implementation of the standard, which can provide the reference for conducting hydrostatic pressure test on pressure hull and buoyancy materials of submersibles and fully implementing and continuously optimizing the standard.
