棕色脂肪组织在改善胰岛素抵抗中的作用研究进展
Role of brown adipose tissue in insulin resistance and its research progress
【摘要】 棕色脂肪组织是存在于哺乳动物体内的,由棕色脂肪细胞和血管基质成分组成的一种特殊脂肪,参与糖代谢、脂代谢,在胰岛素抵抗(IR)中发挥重要作用。一方面,棕色脂肪细胞的产热作用使耗能增加;另一方面,来源于棕色脂肪组织的因子以自分泌或旁分泌的形式作用于多个组织,调节能量消耗、摄食行为和胰岛素敏感性等。文章简述了棕色脂肪组织的功能及其分泌的因子,概述其在动物模型和人体的相关研究进展,总结棕色脂肪组织对IR的改善作用。
【Abstract】 Brown adipose tissue is a kind of special fat in mammals,which is composed of brown adipocytes and stromal vascular fraction. It is involved in glucose and lipid metabolism and plays a role in insulin resistance(IR). The thermogenic effect of brown adipocytes increases energy consumption,and secretary factors from brown adipocytes act in autocrine or paracrine forms in multiple tissues to regulate energy consumption,feeding behavior and insulin sensitivity. In this review,the function and secretion factors of brown adipose tissue are summarized. The research progress of brown adipose tissue in animal model and human body is summarized. The effect brown adipose tissue on IR improvement is discussed.
