基于表面等离子体共振的双芯光子晶体光纤温度传感器
High-Sensitivity Dual-Core Temperature Sensor Based on SPR-PCFy
【摘要】 针对目前温度传感器存在灵敏度偏低、结构复杂等问题,提出了一种基于SPR-PCF的高灵敏度双芯温度传感器,在PCF中心区域引入一个空气孔,将其表面镀一层金属膜并填充氯仿液体作为热敏材料以实现温度传感。通过使用有限元软件COMSOL Multiphysics研究了结构参数对传感性能的影响。仿真结果表明,当入射波长由增加到时,在10℃~40℃和50℃~100℃这两个温度范围内分别可实现高达12.55nm/℃和2.886nm/℃的灵敏度。
【Abstract】 A high-sensitivity dual-core temperature sensor based on SPR-PCF was proposed. An air hole was introduced in the central area of PCF, and the surface was coated with a metal film and filled with chloroform liquid as a thermosensitive material to realize temperature sensing. The influence of structural parameters on sensing performance was studied by using the finite element software COMSOL Multi-physics. The simulation results show that when the incident wavelength is increased from to, the sensitivity as high as 12.55nm/°C and 2.886nm/°C can be achieved in the two temperature ranges of 10°C~40°C and 50°C~100°C, respectively.
