灵芝三萜类物质液态发酵研究进展

【摘要】 灵芝三萜类活性成分主要来源于灵芝子实体、孢子及菌丝体。液态发酵合成灵芝三萜因生产周期短、发酵条件易控制、活性成分稳定等优点逐渐受到关注。近年来,除了在培养基和环境条件等方面对灵芝三萜液态发酵调控参数进行优化外,添加外源物提升灵芝三萜产量也是一种很好的调控手段。本文就灵芝三萜生物合成途径、液态发酵高产灵芝三萜的培养条件调控、外源物对液态发酵高产灵芝三萜的影响以及代谢通量在灵芝三萜液态发酵合成方面的应用前景进行介绍。

【Abstract】 The active components of triterpenes are mainly derived fromGanodermafruiting bodies,spores and mycelium. Liquid fermentation of triterpenes has gradually attracted attention due to its advantages of short production cycle, easy control of fermentation conditions, and stable active components. In recent years, in addition to the process optimization of the control parameters of the culture medium and environmental conditions in the liquid fermentation of triterpenes,the addition of exogenous substances to improve the yield of triterpenes is also a good control method. This article introduces the biosynthesis pathway of triterpenes, the regulation of culture conditions for high-yield triterpenes by liquid fermentation,the effect of exogenous substances on liquidfermented high-yield triterpenes, and the application prospect of metabolic flux in liquid fermentation and synthesis of triterpenes.
