绿色智能建筑投资风险研究
Research on Investment Risk of Green Intelligent Building
【摘要】 随着全球气候变化问题日益严重,环保意识逐渐进入人们的生活中,绿色智能建筑作为一种低碳环保的新型建筑方式受到了越来越多的关注。绿色智能建筑在工程项目全生命周期充分考虑环境和资源的保护与利用,能够减轻建筑施工带来的环境问题,使建筑的能源效率得以提升,同时也符合当下可持续发展的理念。然而,与传统建筑相比,绿色智能建筑投资成本较高,在技术风险、宏观环境风险、资金财务风险等方面可能对绿色智能建筑的投资产生影响。因此,深入研究绿色智能建筑投资风险,分析其原因和影响,具有重要的现实意义和理论价值,为投资者提供科学决策依据,促进绿色智能建筑的长期稳定发展。旨在系统分析和探讨绿色智能建筑投资风险相关问题,以期为建筑行业的投资决策者提供有益的参考。
【Abstract】 As the problem of global climate change becomes increasingly serious, environmental awareness gradually enters people’s lives, and green and intelligent buildings, as a new type of low carbon and environmentally friendly building, have received increasing attention. Green and intelligent buildings fully consider the protection and utilization of environment and resources throughout the life cycle of the project, which can alleviate the environmental problems caused by building construction, improve the energy efficiency of buildings,and also meet the current sustainable development requirements. However, compared with traditional buildings, green and intelligent building investment costs are higher, which may affect the investment in green and intelligent buildings in terms of technological risks, macro environmental risks, and financial risks. Therefore,in-depth research on the investment risks of green and intelligent buildings, analyzing their causes and impacts, has important practical significance and theoretical value, providing investors with scientific decision-making basis and promoting the long term stable development of green and intelligent buildings. The aim is to systematically analyze and explore the issues related to the investment risks of green and intelligent buildings, with a view to providing useful references for investment decision makers in the construction industry.
