【摘要】 目的：观察怡心汤联合冠心舒贴治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病的临床疗效。方法：选取符合纳入标准的气虚血瘀型冠心病患者92例，随机分为两组各46例。对照组采取常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上给予怡心汤联合冠心舒贴治疗，两组均治疗4周，比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及心功能指标。结果：治疗组总有效率95.65%显著高于对照组78.26%(P﹤0.05)；治疗组中医证候积分显著低于对照组（P﹤0.05）；治疗组LVEF水平高于对照组，LVEDV水平低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P﹤0.05）。结论：在常规西医基础上予怡心汤联合冠心舒贴治疗气虚血瘀型冠心病患者，可提高其临床疗效，缓解临床症状，促使其心功能恢复，利于预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yixin decoction and Guanxinshu plaster on coronary heart disease with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:92 cases of eligible patients with coronary heart disease with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis were selected as researched objects,and randomly divided into two groups,46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Yixin decoction and Guanxinshu plaster on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and cardiac function indexes were compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.65%,which was significantly higher than 78.26% of control group(P﹤0.05).TCM syndrome score of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05).LVEF of treatment group was higher than that of control group,while LVEDV of treatment group was lower than that of control group.The differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine western medicine,Yixin decoction combined with Guanxinshu plaster can further improve the clinical efficacy on patients with coronary heart disease with syndrome of qi deficiency and blood stasis,relieve clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of cardiac function and be beneficial to prognosis.更多还原
