【摘要】 目的：观察健脾活血方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠肝功能、血脂、血清炎症因子的影响。方法：以高脂饲料制备非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠模型，成功造模后将大鼠分为正常组、模型组、健脾活血方组（高、中、低3个剂量组）。健脾活血方组高、中、低剂量组分别予健脾活血方26.6、13.3、6.65 g/（kg·d）灌胃，模型组和正常组以0.9%NaCl溶液灌胃，8周后检测大鼠肝功能、血脂及血清中炎症因子的水平。结果：高脂饮食后，大鼠ALT、AST、TBIL、TC、TG、LDL-C、IL-1β、IL-18、INF-α含量均显著升高（P﹤0.01）,HDL-C显著下降（P﹤0.01）。与模型组比较，健脾活血方高、中、低剂量组血清AST、TG、IL-1β、IL-18、INF-α含量均显著下降，HDL-C显著升高（P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01），健脾活血方高、中剂量组血清ALT、TC、LDL-C含量均显著性下降（P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01）；健脾活血方高剂量组TBIL显著下降（P﹤0.05）。结论：健脾活血方可改善非酒精性脂肪性肝炎大鼠肝功能、血脂，降低炎症因子水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the effect of Jianpi Huoxue formula on liver function,blood lipid and serum inflammatory factors in rats with non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH).Methods:The rat model of NASH was established with high-fat diet.After successful modeling,the rats were divided into normal group,model group,Jianpi Huoxue formula group(high-,medium-and low-dose treatment group).The high-,medium-and low-dose group of Jianpi Huoxue formula were given 26.6,13.3 and 6.65 g/(kg·d) of Jianpi Huoxue formula by gavage respectively,while the model group and normal group were given 0.9%NaCl solution by gavage respectively.The levels of liver function,blood lipid and serum inflammatory factors of rats were detected after 8 weeks.Results:After high-fat diet,the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBIL),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),interleukin-18(IL-18)and Interferon-α(INF-α)in rats were significantly increased(P﹤0.01),while high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)was significantly decreased(P ﹤ 0.01).Compared with model group,in high-,medium-and low-dose group of Jianpi Huoxue formula,serum AST,TG,IL-1β,IL-18 and INF-α were significantly decreased,HDL-C was significantly increased(P ﹤ 0.05 or P ﹤ 0.01);in high-and medium-dose group of Jianpi Huoxue formula,serum ALT,TC and LDL-C were significantly decreased(P ﹤ 0.05 or P ﹤ 0.01);in high-dose group of Jianpi Huoxue formula,TBIL was significantly decreased(P ﹤ 0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huoxue formula can improve liver function,blood lipid of rats with NASH,and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in rats with NASH.更多还原
