【摘要】 目的：观察理气化痰方治疗痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重的临床疗效及其对免疫调节的影响。方法：选取符合纳入标准的60例慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重患者，随机分为两组各30例。对照组予西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组基础上联合理气化痰方治疗，1周后比较两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗后，两组临床症状（CAT评分）、中医症状、肺功能及炎症指标（白细胞计数、中性粒细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原）与治疗前比较均显著降低（P﹤0.01）。与对照组比较，治疗组各指标改善情况更佳（P﹤0.05），治疗组对体液免疫指标Ig G、Ig A有明显的改善作用（P﹤0.05）。结论：理气化痰方能改善痰浊阻肺型慢性阻塞性肺病急性加重患者的临床症状及其肺功能，且具有较好的抗炎及调节免疫作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liqi Huatan formula on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung and its effect on immunoregulation.Methods:60 cases of selected patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,who met the inclusion criteria,were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Liqi Huatan formula on the basis of control group.The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups after 1 week of treatment.Results:After treatment in both groups,the clinical symptoms(CAT score),TCM symptoms,pulmonary function and inflammatory indexes(white blood cell count,neutrophil count,C-reactive protein,procalcitonin) were significantly decreased compared with before treatment(P ﹤ 0.01).Compared with control group,the improvement of each index in treatment group was better(P﹤0.05).The treatment group improved the indexes IgG and IgA of humoral immune significantly(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Liqi Huatan formula can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and lung function of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung,at the same time has better effects on anti-inflammation and immunoregulation.更多还原
