联盟内多场站集装箱维修资源共享的合作博弈模型

【摘要】 针对集装箱维修需求与场站维修能力不匹配和维修资源利用不充分的问题,探讨在不同集装箱场站之间共享集装箱维修资源的可能性。为实现维修资源共享,将合作博弈与运筹学优化方法相结合,对4家场站企业维修资源共享下的收益分配和价格策略进行研究。研究集中决策和分散决策下的资源共享方式,使用对偶变量和松弛变量分析收益分配策略的效果。结果表明:场站维修资源共享可以有效优化资源配置,提升收益水平;合作博弈方法能够在满足个体理性的前提下促使共享资源系统达到平衡状态,增强联盟合作稳定性;分散决策下,场站间的独立决策行为相互影响,独立决策水平直接影响场站收益。

【Abstract】 In view of the mismatch between the container maintenance demand and the depot maintenance capacity, and the insufficient application of maintenance resources, the possibility of sharing container maintenance resources among different depots is discussed. To realize the maintenance resource sharing, the cooperative game is combined with the optimization approach of operational research, and the revenue distribution and price strategies in the maintenance resource sharing among 4 depot enterprises are studied. The resource sharing modes under centralized decision and decentralized decision are researched, and the effect of revenue distribution strategy is analyzed by applying dual varibles and slack varibles. The results show that: the depot maintenance resource sharing can efficiently optimize the resource allocation and improve the revenue level; the cooperative game method is capable of promoting the resource sharing system to reach a balanced state and enhancing the stability of alliance cooperation under the condition of satisfying the individual rationality; under the decentralized decision, the independent decision behaviors among depots influence each other, and the independent decision level directly affects the revenue of depots.
