【摘要】 目的 了解老年患者家属对日间手术流程的真实体验与需求，为临床适老化日间手术流程的构建提供参考。方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法，于2021年10-12月对10名老年日间手术患者家属进行面对面半结构性访谈，并以Giorgi六步法对访谈资料进行整理和分析。结果老年患者家属对日间手术流程整体体验的感知包括术前等候时间长、术中易产生焦虑情绪、围术期渴望得到健康指导。老年患者家属对日间手术流程的需求包括术前对手术相关信息需求大、术后对疾病康复护理内容需求多、围手术期对人文关怀有一定需求。结论 适老化日间手术流程的构建可以从加强人文关怀、完善信息支持系统和延续性护理服务着手，降低老年患者家属的焦虑，促进适老化日间手术流程的优化与老年友好型医疗护理环境的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the real experience and demands of elderly patients’ family members for ambulatory surgery processes, providing a reference for the construction of elderly-oriented clinical ambulatory surgery processes. Methods The phenomenological research method for qualitative studies was adopted to conduct face-to-face semi-structured interviews with 10 family members of elderly patients undergoing ambulatory surgeries from October to December 2021. Then, the interview data were sorted out and analyzed by Giorgi’s six-step approach. Results The perception of elderly patients’ family members on the overall experience of ambulatory surgery processes included long waiting time before surgery, vulnerability to anxiety during surgery and desire for health guidance during the perioperative period. As for the demands of elderly patients’ family members for ambulatory surgery processes, they had great demands for surgery-related information before surgery, great demands for rehabilitation nursing contents after surgery, and certain demands for humanistic care during the perioperative period. Conclusion The construction of elderly-oriented ambulatory surgery processes can start with strengthening humanistic care, improving information support systems and upgrading transitional care services, so as to reduce the anxiety of elderly patients’ family members, and accelerate the optimization of elderlyoriented ambulatory surgery processes and the development of an elderly-friendly medical care environment.更多还原
