【摘要】 社会情感能力是影响人的幸福和成功的关键能力。学校是培育学生社会情感能力的主阵地。基于经济合作与发展组织青少年社会情感能力调查研究（SSES）的中国数据，本文分析了分布式领导对学生社会情感能力的影响及其作用机制。研究发现：（1）分布式领导对学生社会情感能力并没有直接的预测作用；（2）分布式领导分别通过积极学校氛围、教学效能感的中介作用影响学生社会情感能力；（3）积极学校氛围和教学效能感在分布式领导和学生社会与情感能力之间发挥着链式中介作用。本文建议提高校长分布式领导水平以构建分享决策文化，建设积极学校氛围以营造良好育人环境，提升教师教学效能感以增强育人实效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social and Emotional Skills is a key competence that influences human well-being and success. Schools are the main place to cultivate students’ Social and Emotional Skills. Based on Chinese data from the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Study for Social and Emotional Skills of Youth(SSES), this paper analyzes the impact of distributed leadership on students’ Social and Emotional Skills and its mechanism of action. It was found that(1) distributed leadership does not have a direct predictive effect on students’ Social and Emotional Skills;(2) distributed leadership can affect students’ Social and Emotional Skills through the mediating roles of positive school climate and teaching efficacy, respectively;(3) positive school climate and teaching efficacy play a chain mediating role between distributed leadership and students’ Social and Emotional Skills.This paper suggests improving principals’ distributed leadership to build a culture of shared decision-making, constructing a positive school climate to create a favorable nurturing environment, and improving teachers’ sense of teaching efficacy to enhance the effectiveness of nurturing.更多还原
