【摘要】 目的：采用数据挖掘技术探究针灸治疗反复移植失败的选穴规律。方法：计算机检索CNKI数据库、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文期刊服务平台、PubMed、Web of Science及Embase数据库中自建库至2023年2月7日针灸治疗反复移植失败的临床文献，收集处方后建立数据库，进行描述性分析、穴位关联规则分析与聚类分析。结果：共纳入文献37篇，拆分得到67条处方，高频使用腧穴（频次≥25次）包括子宫、三阴交、足三里、关元等12个腧穴，多为五输穴、交会穴、募穴、背俞穴等特定穴，使用频次居于前3位的经脉为足太阳膀胱经、任脉、足阳明胃经，多使用下肢、下腹部及背部腧穴。关联分析中所有穴组均由子宫、三阴交、足三里、关元组成，聚类分析可划分为3个腧穴群。结论：针灸治疗反复移植失败以补肾通阳、调肝健脾、养血化瘀为治疗原则，重视阳经及气血充盈经脉的使用，强调近处选穴及辨证循经取穴，选择子宫-三阴交-足三里-关元为核心穴组，与膀胱经腧穴前后相配、与肝脾肾经分布在四肢远端的穴位远近相配以提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the acupoint selection rules in the treatment of recurrent implantation failure with acupuncture and moxibustion by using data mining technology. Methods:CNKI database,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,Vip China Journal Service Platform,PubMed,Web of Science and Embase database were searched by computer for clinical literature on the treatment of recurrent implantation failure with acupuncture and moxibustion from the establishment of the database to February 7,2023,and a database was established after collection of prescriptions.Descriptive analysis,acupoint association rule analysis and cluster analysis were carried out. Results:37 articles were included,and 67 prescriptions were obtained.The high-frequency acupoints(frequency ≥ 25 times) included 12 acupoints,such as Zigong,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Guanyuan,etc.Most of them were specific acupoints,such as Wushu acupoint,Jiaohui acupoint,Mu acupoint and Beishu acupoint.The top 3 meridians used frequently were the foot-taiyang bladder meridian,conception channel and foot-yangming stomach meridian,and acupoints on the lower extremities,lower abdomen and back were often used.In association analysis,all acupoints groups were composed of Zigong,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli and Guanyuan.The cluster analysis could be divided into 3 acupoints groups. Conclusion:In the treatment of recurrent implantation failure with acupuncture and moxibustion,the treatment principles are tonifying the kidney and promoting Yang,regulating the liver and strengthening the spleen,nourishing blood and removing blood stasis.It emphasizes the Yang channel and channels filled with Qi and blood.It stresses choosing the nearest acupoints and selecting acupoints along meridians after syndrome differentiation.The acupoints of Zigong,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli and Guanyuan are selected as the core acupoints group,which match with the acupoints of the bladder meridian,and the acupoints distributed in the liver,spleen and kidney meridians at the distal end of the limbs to improve the therapeutic effect.更多还原
