砂率及外掺料对透水混凝土基本性能的影响研究

【摘要】 通过三因素四水平正交试验,研究砂率、粉煤灰+硅灰组合掺量、乳胶掺量对透水混凝土抗压强度、孔隙率及透水系数的影响。试验结果表明:透水混凝土的透水系数及孔隙率随着砂率和乳胶掺量的增加而减小,随着粉煤灰和硅灰比例的减小先增大后减小,透水系数达到最大的最佳配合比为砂率9%,粉煤灰12%,硅灰8%,乳胶0.6%;抗压强度随着砂率和乳胶掺量的增加而增加,随着粉煤灰和硅灰的比例减小而降低,抗压强度达到最大的最佳配合比为砂率12%,粉煤灰15%,硅灰5%,乳胶1.2%。

【Abstract】 Through the orthogonal test of three factors and four levels, the effects of sand ratio, coal fly ash + silica fume combination content, latex content on the compressive strength, porosity and permeability coefficient of pervious concrete are studied. The test results show that the permeability coefficient and porosity of pervious concrete decrease with the increase of sand ratio and latex content, and increase first and then decrease with the decrease of coal fly ash and silica fume ratio. The optimum mix ratio for the maximum permeability coefficient is sand ratio 9%, coal fly ash 12%, silica fume 8%, and latex 0.6%. The compressive strength increases with the increase of sand ratio and latex content, and decreases with the decrease of coal fly ash and silica fume ratio. The optimum mix ratio for the maximum compressive strength is sand ratio 12%, coal fly ash 15%, silica fume 5%, and latex1.2%.
