功能性牛仔面料的开发与性能分析
Development and performance analyze of functional denim fabric
【摘要】 为获得符合消费者需求的夏季功能性牛仔面料,从纱线的选择、织造、后整理等方面探讨了功能性牛仔面料的开发,并对其断裂强力、撕破强力、抗菌驱蚊性、吸湿透气性等指标进行测试。结果表明:采用长绒棉/Coolmax纤维/茶纤维作为经纱,薄荷纤维/精梳棉紧密赛络纺纱线与驱蚊氨纶包覆纱作为纬纱,选择3/1右斜纹组织织造而成的面料,兼具功能性和舒适性,克服了传统机织牛仔面料的功能缺陷。
【Abstract】 In order to obtain functional denim fabrics that meet the needs of summer consumers, the development of functional denim fabrics is explored from the aspects of yarn selection, weaving and finishing. The breaking strength, tearing strength, antibacterial and mosquito repellent properties, moisture absorption and breathability of functional denim fabrics are tested. The results show that using long staple cotton/Coolmax fiber/tea fiber as warp yarn, and mint fiber/combed cotton tight spun yarn and mosquito repellent spandex wrapped yarn as weft yarn, the fabric woven with a 3/1 right twill weave is both functional and comfortable, overcoming the functional defects of traditional woven denim fabric.
