聚乳酸/茶多酚复合纳米纤维膜中茶多酚的体外释放

【摘要】 以聚乳酸/茶多酚(PLA/TP)复合纳米纤维膜为药物载体,研究该薄膜材料中茶多酚的体外释放规律及释放前后薄膜表面形貌的变化。茶多酚体外累积释放率的测定结果表明,PLA/TP复合纳米纤维膜中茶多酚的体外释放规律为前期释放速率快、中后期释放速率慢,并且释放速率随着纤维直径的减小而增大,累积释放率也逐渐增大。SEM结果显示,释放72 h后的PLA/TP复合纳米膜的纤维体积发生溶胀,纤维直径增大,表面变得粗糙,甚至出现裂痕。

【Abstract】 Using polylactic acid/tea polyphenol(PLA/TP) composite nanofiber films as the drug carrier, the in vitro release law of tea polyphenols from the film material and the changes in the surface morphology of the film before and after release are studied. The measurement results of the cumulative release rate of tea polyphenols in vitro indicate that the release rate of tea polyphenols in PLA/TP composite nanofiber film is fast in the early stage, slow in the middle and late stages, and the release rate increases with the decrease of fiber diameter, and the cumulative release rate also gradually increases. The SEM results show that after 72 hours of release, the PLA/TP composite nanofilm undergoes with fiber volume swelling, fiber diameter increasing, surface roughness and even cracks.
