SiO2气凝胶/玄武岩涂层织物的制备与防火性能
Preparation of SiO2 aerogel/basalt coated fabric and its fire resistance
【摘要】 采用具有热反射性能的金红石型纳米二氧化钛与所制备的二氧化硅气凝胶粉末为填料,以水性聚氨酯为基体,在耐高温的玄武岩织物表面进行涂层,制备出耐高温的防火涂层。结果表明:涂层与织物结合紧密,改善了织物的力学和防火性能(包括反射热辐射和隔热性能);涂层中加入纳米二氧化钛使涂层获得良好的反射热辐射性能;SiO2气凝胶粉末含量为10%时,涂层隔热性能和力学性能最优。
【Abstract】 Using rutile nano-titanium dioxide with heat reflection properties and the prepared silica aerogel powder as fillers, water-based polyurethane as the matrix, coating is carried out on the surface of high temperature-resistant inorganic fibers(basalt fiber cloth) to prepare a high-temperature resistant fireproof coating. The results show that the coating is closely combined with the fabric, which improves the mechanical and fire-resistant properties of the fabric(including the reflection heat radiation and thermal insulation properties). The addition of nano-titanium dioxide to the coating enables the coating to obtain good reflection heat radiation performance. When the powder content of SiO2 aerogel is 10%, the coating obtains the best thermal insulation and mechanical properties.
