【摘要】 地方高校培养具有创新与实践能力的本科生是中国高等教育改革面临的重要课题.文章基于实际调研，在推拉理论的框架下借助二值回归对本科生科研因素进行了实证分析.研究发现：工农医与经管法的学生科研参与的积极性较强；不同年级对参与意愿的影响不显著；除了读博意愿，多数本科生的参与动机较为功利；学生对科研参与中金钱、时间等机会成本损耗并不在意.由此，文章提出完善学生奖惩体系、引导树立正确科研观念、减轻非课业负担等建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of undergraduates with innovative and practical ability in local colleges and universities is an important issue facing China’s higher education reform. Based on the actual research, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the factors of undergraduate scientific research by means of binary regression under the framework of push-pull theory. The study found that: the students of industrial, agricultural medicine and economic management are more motivated to participate in scientific research; the influence of different grades on the willingness to participate is not significant; except for the willingness to read a doctorate, most undergraduates have a more utilitarian motivation to participate; Opportunity cost loss is not a concern. Therefore, the article puts forward suggestions such as improving the system of rewards and punishments for students, guiding the establishment of correct scientific research concepts, and reducing the burden of non-curriculum.更多还原
