【Abstract】 Traditional Chinese medicine Master Professor DUAN Fujin has a remarkable effect on the treatment of henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis due to the mixed syndrome of deficiency and excess. Professor DUAN believes that the cause of the disease is mainly exogenous wind and heat toxic evil or epidemic severe evil,and endogenous heat toxicity hyperactivity,blood deficiency,qi deficiency,yin deficiency and excessive fire. The disease is located in kidney and bladder,and is closely related to liver and spleen. The pathological properties are mixed deficiency and excess,and it is a mixed syndrome of deficiency and excess. Therefore,the treatment targeting disease pathogenesis addresses both the root causes and the symptoms,and flexible prescription and good use of drug pairs achieve good effect.
