【摘要】 介绍李新民教授分期论治小儿肺炎喘嗽经验。李教授根据疾病证候演变规律和临床表现，在治疗中强调分期论治，将肺炎喘嗽自然病程分为发热期、咳嗽期和恢复期3个阶段。发热期强调清、宣、透之法，三阳合治，截断传变以退热。咳嗽期病机为痰阻气机，肺之宣降失司，肺气上逆；在治疗上应理肺利气、清热化痰。恢复期脾虚失运，内生湿滞，阻碍气机；治疗上宜用培土生金之法注重调节脾升胃降之枢，升降有序以内除湿浊，外抵邪气，壮营养之源以防复感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Introduces Professor LI Xinmin’s experience in the staged treatment of pediatric pneumonia and cough. According to the pathological development regularity of disease syndromes and clinical manifestations,Professor LI emphasizes the staged treatment in the treatment,and divides the natural course of pediatric pneumonia and cough into three stages:the fever stage,the cough stage and the recovery stage. In the fever stage,clearing,evaporating and penetrating treatment and Sanyang combined treatment are applied to prevent illness aggravating and reduce the fever. In the cough stage,the pathogenesis of cough is phlegm-blocked qi,recuperating qi movement of the lungs which reverses,the treatment should focus on regulating lung qi,clearing heat and eliminating phlegm. In the recovery stage,there is spleen deficiency and loss of transportation,endogenous dampness stagnation,obstruction of qi,treatment should pay attention to regulating the pivot of spleen ascending and stomach descending by using the method of cultivating soil to produce gold,orderly ascending and descending helps to remove dampness and turbidity inside,resist evil qi outside,strengthen the source of nutrition to prevent relapse.更多还原
