【摘要】 从中医体质与缺血性中风发病、复发、康复三方面对目前中医体质与缺血性中风相关性的研究进行综述。当前研究结果认为缺血性中风患者中偏实证者以痰湿质、血瘀质为主，偏虚证者以气虚质、阴虚质为主。而在中医体质与缺血性中风复发、康复及发生机制关系方面，相关研究仍处于探索阶段，研究结论存在差异，原因可能与研究地点对体质的影响及体质的可变性有关，今后仍有较大探索空间。参考文献36篇。更多还原

【Abstract】 Current research on the correlation between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) constitution and ischemic stroke from three aspects,incidence,recurrence and rehabilitation,was reviewed. According to the current research results,it is suggested that in patients with ischemic stroke,the excessive type mainly include phlegm dampness constitution type and blood stasis constitution type,while the deficient type mainly include qi deficiency constitution type and yin deficiency constitution type. However,in terms of TCM constitution and recurrence,rehabilitation and pathogenesis of ischemic stroke,relevant studies are still under exploration. There are certain biases in the research results,possibly due to the influence of study locations of constitution and the variability of constitution. In the future more research should be conducted to further explore this correlation. There are 36 research papers in the references.更多还原
