【摘要】 尿毒症相关性皮肤瘙痒是慢性肾功能衰竭发展至尿毒症时期的常见并发症，绝大多数患者进行维持性血液透析治疗后更易发生瘙痒。基于“风伏肾络”理论分析肾络在本病中致痒的纽带作用以及与瘙痒易发生部位的关系，探讨尿毒症相关性皮肤瘙痒的病因病机。本病病机总属本虚标实，以脾肾亏虚为本，邪气兼夹为标，涉及风邪致病、阳气不足、血液失常、他脏及肾等。病程中气血失调，津失输布，产生水湿、痰饮、瘀血、浊毒等有形病理产物，使病情反复难愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Uremia-associated pruritus is a common complication of chronic renal failure progressing to uremia,and most patients are more prone to pruritus after maintenance hemodialysis treatment. Based on the theory of “wind pathogen lodging in kidney collateral”,this study aims to analyze the role of kidney collateral in the pathogenesis of pruritus in this disease and its relationship with the sites prone to pruritus,and explore the etiology and pathogenesis of uremia-associated pruritus. The pathogenesis of this disease is generally attributed to deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality,with deficiency of spleen and kidney as the root cause and the concomitant pathogenic factors as the secondary cause. It involves wind pathogen causing disease,insufficiency of yang qi,blood disorders,and other organs involving kidney. During the course of the disease,the imbalance of qi and blood circulation and failure of body fluids to distribute lead to the production of tangible pathological products such as dampness,phlegm and fluid retention,blood stasis,and turbid toxin,which make the disease difficult to recover.更多还原
