【摘要】 杜仲叶主要含有环烯醚萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类、苯丙素类、多糖类等成分，具有抗氧化、降血压、降血糖、降血脂、调节免疫、抗骨质疏松等多种药理作用。从质量传递与溯源、植物亲缘学及特有性、传统药效、化学成分可测性等方面分析可作为其质量标志物的成分，预测芦丁、槲皮素、绿原酸、京尼平苷酸、桃叶珊瑚苷、京尼平苷、车叶草苷等作为杜仲叶的质量标志物，此为今后进一步探索杜仲叶的药用价值及质量评价提供了参考。参考文献59篇。更多还原

【Abstract】 The chemical constituents of Duzhongye(Eucommiae Folium) mainly include iridoids,flavonoids,lignans,phenylpropanoids,polysaccharides,and other components,which have various pharmacological effects such as anti-oxidation,lowering blood pressure,lowering blood sugar,lowering blood lipid,regulating immunity,anti-osteoporosis and so on. The components which could be used as quality markers were analyzed from the aspects of quality transfer and traceability,plant kinship and specificity,traditional pharmacodynamics,and chemical component measurability. Rutin,quercetin,chlorogenic acid,genioside acid,aucubin,geniposide,and asperuloside were predicted to be used as quality markers of Duzhongye. This provides a reference for further exploring the medicinal value and quality evaluation of Duzhongye in the future.There are 59 references in total.更多还原
