双重视角下医药院校导学关系现代检视与重构
Contemporary introspection and reconstruction of supervisor-postgraduate relationship in medical university from dual perspective
【摘要】 本文以知乎、微博情感表露数据为样本,探索导学关系异化现象,从医药院校导师及研究生双重视角对导学关系进行现代检视,总结导师德学培养行为失范以及研究生志向不明学业难成的成因,提出重构“德学交融,互通成长”的新型和谐导学关系。导师应坚持立德树人、言传身教;研究生应做到尊师重道、德业竞进;学校及社会应加强制度约束,涵养学风校风等。基于此,为提升我国医药院校研究生教育质量和研究生导师育人成效提供借鉴与参考。
【Abstract】 The present situation and alienation of the supervisor-postgraduate were explored, modeled on the related data on Zhihu and Microblog website.Then, introspecting with medical university, alienated factors of supervisor-postgraduate relationship were dissected through two-way interview.The causes of the misconduct of tutor in morality and cultivate and poor ideal and academic deficiency of postgraduate student were summarized, and the novel supervisor-postgraduate relationship formed by the integration of morality and learning as well as intergrowth were reconstructed.Supervisors should adhere to strengthen moral education and attend to words and deeds.Postgraduates should honor teachers and esteem truth, and improve in virtue and achievements.Universities and society should enhance the institutional constrains and cultivate the academic atmosphere and school spirit.Therefore, to explore and improve the current supervisor-postgraduate relationship in medical university, and to provide references for promoting the qualities and effects of education.
