【摘要】 家庭教育是世界各国综合国力竞争的重要基点，而家庭教育政策则是有效提升家庭教育质量的重要保障。澳大利亚政府一直以来高度重视家庭教育，积极发挥行政权威力量，出台了系列家庭教育政策，有力地推动了家庭教育改革和发展。澳大利亚家庭教育政策现已形成鲜明的特征：全民共享家庭教育普惠服务；科学制定家庭教育政策内容；提供适度干预与及早介入的家庭教育指导服务；有效整合面向“整体政府”的家庭教育服务资源。澳大利亚家庭教育政策的成功探索对我国家庭教育政策的启示：根据家庭类型精准施策，增强家庭教育服务的普惠性；加强家庭教育政策研究，细化完善家庭教育政策内容；整合家庭教育服务资源，提升家庭教育指导服务水平；优化政策保障监督机制，健全家庭教育指导服务体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family education is the important base point for the competition of comprehensive national strength in all countries in the world, and family education policy is the important guarantee for effectively improving the quality of family education. The Australian government has always paid great attention to family education, actively exerted the power of administrative authority, and introduced a series of family education policies, which have effectively promoted the reform and development of family education. Australian family education policy now has formed following characteristics: the whole people sharing the inclusive service of family education, scientifically formulating the content of family education policy, providing family education guidance services with moderate intervention and early intervention, and effectively integrating family education service resources oriented to the “Whole-Of-Government”. The successful exploration of Australian family education policy has enlightened China’s family education policy, making precise policies according to family types to enhance the inclusiveness of family education services, strengthening the study of family education policy, refining and improving the content of family education policy, integrating family education service resources and raising the level of family education guidance services, optimizing policy safeguard and oversight mechanisms, and improving the family education guidance service system.更多还原
