调控光固化3D打印水凝胶力学性能策略的研究进展

【摘要】 光固化三维(three dimension, 3D)打印技术在组织器官构建等生物医学领域有广泛应用,水凝胶是常用的生物3D打印材料,其力学性能是影响3D打印生物制品质量的重要因素之一。本文从水凝胶网络结构、制备工艺条件及3D打印结构等方面综述了改善光固化3D打印水凝胶力学性能的方法,简述了目前光固化3D打印水凝胶在力学性能研究方面所面临的挑战,为进一步改善光固化3D打印水凝胶的力学性能提供参考。

【Abstract】 Photo-cured three dimension(3D) printing technology has been widely used for biomedical application such as construction of tissue and organ. Hydrogel is the most commonly used 3D bioprinting material, and its mechanical property is one of the important factors affecting the quality of 3D printed biological products. This article summarizes the methods to improve the mechanical properties of photo-cured 3D printing hydrogels, including hydrogel network structures, preparation process conditions and 3D printing architectures. Furthermore, the challenges of mechanical properties of photo-cured 3D printing hydrogels are discussed. This review provides a reference for improving the mechanical properties of photo-cured 3D printed hydrogels.
