【摘要】 高校图书馆在推进校园文化建设中具有重要地位，但当前存在职能作用发挥不够充分、统筹推进不足、宣传推介不够、个性化服务不够、服务渠道需要拓展等问题。山东商业职业技术学院图书信息中心加强阅读推广，以常态化、品牌化、时代化、竞争化为主导，创新读者服务，深化阅读活动，强化志愿服务，推进素养教育，探索出了一条加强校园文化建设的有效路径。当前，仍需不断丰富文献资源建设，健全馆所硬件建设，提升参考咨询服务，拓展宣传推介途径等。更多还原

【Abstract】 University library plays an important role in promoting the construction of campus culture, but there are problems such as insufficient functional play, inadequate overall promotion, deficient publicity and promotion, inaccurate personalized services, and the need for further expansion of service channels. The Library and Information Center of Shandong Institute of Commerce and Technology has strengthened the promotion of reading and explored an effective way to strengthen the construction of campus culture, guided by normalization, branding, modernization and competition, by means of innovating reader services, deepening reading activities, strengthening voluntary services, and promoting literacy education.
