【摘要】 2019年以来，本科层次职业教育在我国已进入试点办学阶段，也是目前我国教育理论研究的热点。职教本科的人才培养适应性关乎职业教育的适应性发展。但在当前的过渡与起步阶段，无论从办学思维习惯还是办学资源竞争、教育生态构建，都还存在一些现实困境。提升职教本科人才培养适应性，需要聚焦这些现实问题，通过明确办学属性定位、优化教学要素投入、完善教育评价与督导、构建“政校行企”联动的新型教育生态等多措并举，力求突破。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 2019, undergraduate level vocational education has entered the stage of pilot operation in China and become a hot spot in the current educational theory research in China. The adaptability of talent cultivation of undergraduate vocational education is related to the adaptability development of vocational education. However, in the current transitional and initial stage, there are still some practical dilemmas in terms of schooling habits, competition for schooling resources and educational ecological construction. Therefore, based on systematic literature review and analysis, this paper focuses on the real problems of talent cultivation adaptability in VET undergraduate programs, explores the key measures to promote the solution of the problems, and proposes suggestions to improve the adaptability of talent cultivation, such as clarifying the positioning of schooling attributes, optimizing the input of teaching factors, improving education evaluation and supervision, and building a new education ecology with the linkage of “government, school, industry, and enterprise”.更多还原
