创新人才培养的高校新能源材料课程教学改革策略分析

【摘要】 在教育改革稳步推进当前,高校课程教学质量实现质的飞跃,也向社会输送了大量的高素养人才。然而,在新时期发展下,人才需求发生了明显变化,新能源行业对于创新型人才越来越青睐。因此,在新能源材料课程教学中,教师要将行业创新人才培养作为首要任务,以此培养出行业所需的创新型人才。基于此,本文对创新人才培养下高校新能源材料课程教学改革策略展开分析,以供参考。

【Abstract】 At present, with the steady progress of education reform, the quality of college course teaching has achieved a qualitative leap, and a large number of high-quality talents have been sent to the society. However, under the development of the new era, the demand for talents has changed significantly, and the new energy industry is increasingly favoring innovative talents. Therefore, in the teaching of new energy materials, teachers should take the cultivation of innovative talents in the industry as the primary task, so as to cultivate the innovative talents required by the industry. Based on this, this paper analyzes the teaching reform strategy of new energy materials courses in colleges and universities under the cultivation of innovative talents for reference.
