【Abstract】 At present, with the steady progress of education reform, the quality of college course teaching has achieved a qualitative leap, and a large number of high-quality talents have been sent to the society. However, under the development of the new era, the demand for talents has changed significantly, and the new energy industry is increasingly favoring innovative talents.
