【摘要】 为了加强优质、抗病水稻不育系的选育和利用，本研究育成了一个优质三系籼稻不育系贵丰302A,并于2020年通过贵州省农作物品种审定委员会田间技术鉴定。首先，选用中抗稻瘟病保持系材料贵丰106B与优质育种材料10H896（内2B/资100B）杂交；然后，在F₄代选择农艺性状优良的单株作为父本，以成丰A为母本杂交导入细胞质雄性不育的质源；最后经8代连续套袋回交，选中一个米质和农艺性状优异的株系，将其命名为贵丰302A。该不育系具有不育性稳定、优质、可恢复性好、杂种优势强等优点，与生产上应用的恢复系进行配组，组配的多个优质稻新组合在贵州省水稻品种区域试验中表现优良。本研究结果为贵州省水稻不育系抗性和品质性状的遗传改良提供了基础材料。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the breeding and utilization of rice sterile lines with high quality and disease resistant, an indica three-line sterile line, Guifeng 302A,was bred and passed field technical identification of Guizhou Crop Variety Examination and Approval Committee in 2020.Firstly, a maintainer line Guifeng 106B with moderate blast resistance, was crossed with 10H896 which was a high-quality intermediate breeding material resulting from the cross Nei 2B/Zi 100B.Subsequently, plants with excellent agronomic traits in F₄ generation were selected as parental line and crossed with Chengfeng A which was used as the donor of cytoplasmic male sterile genes.Finally, after 8 generations of continuous bagging and backcrossing, a line with superior grain quality and agronomic traits was selected and named as Guifeng 302A.Guifeng 302A had stable sterility, high grain quality, good recoverability and strong combining ability.Several new crosses resulting from Guifeng 302A and restorer lines with good grain quality performed excellently in regional experiment of rice variety combination in Guizhou province.This study provides basic materials for the genetic improvement of rice resistance and quality traits in Guizhou province.更多还原
