【Abstract】 lncRNA(Long noncoding RNA) are a group of long-chain RNAs that do not have the ability to encode proteins or have low potential to encode proteins, and the transcript length is between 200-100,000 nt.In recent years, with the in-depth development of sequencing technology and bioinformatics, a variety of lncRNAs have been identified in insects other than model organisms, which coordinately regulate physiological processes such as cell differentiation, growth and development in insects.This article reviewed the development history, applications and prospects of lncRNAs in entomology, in order to provide references for future theoretical and applied research.更多还原
