专用汽车取力器齿轮修形设计研究
Design research on gear modification for a power take-off of special vehicles
【摘要】 某型专用汽车取力器齿轮副初始修形量偏小,使齿轮在啮合过程中出现冲击噪声。以齿轮传动误差、齿轮啮合应力分布及表面载荷系数作为评价指标,应用KISSsoft软件对该取力器齿轮修形参数进行优化设计。结果表明:经优化的修形方案可以有效改善偏载对齿轮传动平稳性的影响,降低取力器齿轮在传动过程中产生的啮合噪声。
【Abstract】 Gear meshing impact noise of a power take-off for a special vehicle occurred due to the insufficient gear modification.The gear transmission error, gear meshing stress distribution and surface load coefficient were taken as evaluation indexes to optimize the design of the gear modification parameters of the power take-off with the software of KISSsoft. Results showed that the optimized modification scheme can decrease the influence of eccentric load on the stability of gear transmission, and reduce the meshing noise generated by the power take-off gears during its operation.
