【摘要】 乡村振兴离不开乡村教育，乡村教育关键在乡村教师。在乡村振兴时代背景下，乡村教师实现由“入乡”向“扎根”、由“被迫从教”向“乐于从教”的转变，其背后是教育空间的入场、网络空间的重组、心理空间的归属、文化空间的嵌入等，这些圈层结构逐渐演化促进了乡村教师“内生发展”。当前，“下不去、留不住、教不好”的现实困境表明，乡村教师正面临制度脱嵌、文化脱嵌、治理脱嵌和结构脱嵌等困境。面对具有乡村教育振兴的主体力量、优秀乡土文化的弘扬传播者、乡村文明治理的智囊参谋等多种属性的乡村教师，政府部门、师范高校和农村社会等多方应多路径帮助乡村教师完成“扎根”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Rural revitalization cannot be separated from rural education,and rural teachers are the key to rural education. Under the background of the era of rural revitalization,rural teachers should realize the transformation from“entering the countryside”to“rooting in the countryside,and from“being forced to teach”to“being happy to teach”,behind which is such circling structures as the entrance of educational space,the reorganization of cyberspace,the attribution of psychological space,and the embedding of cultural space,which gradually evolved into the“endogenous development”of rural teachers. However,the current reality of“unable to go down,unable to stay,and unable to teach well”indicates that rural teachers are facing the predicaments such as the disembedding of institution,culture,governance and structure and so on. In the face of rural teachers with multiple attributes,such as the main force of rural education revitalization,the promotors and communicators of excellent local culture,and the think tanks and counselors of rural civilization governance,government departments,normal universities and rural societies should help rural teachers complete the“rooting in the rural education”in multiple ways.更多还原
