苗株间除草机的关键结构设计

【摘要】 针对田地中杂草生长的危害和环保需求问题,设计去除苗株间杂草的除草机,通过升降系统满足除草刀具不同高度的作业需求。除草机关键部件由升降电机、升降螺杆、刀具支撑架、驱动轴及刀具组件等组成。驱动轴通过电机带动旋转。轴上的刀具通过旋转切割除草。独立转向驱动装置用于实现除草机的移动和转向。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of the harm of weeds growth in the field and the need for environmental protection, In this paper, the weeding machine was designed suitable for removing weeds between plant seedlings. The machine can meet the requirements of different heights of weeding tools by lifting system. The key parts of the weeding machine are composed of lifting motor, lifting screw, tool support frame, drive shaft and tool assembly. The drive shaft rotates through the motor and the cutting tool on the shaft cut the weeding while rotating. The independent steering drive device realizes the movement and steering of lawn mower.
