草木灰基低冰点融雪剂的实验研究

【摘要】 研究了以向日葵秸秆灰和稀醋酸为原料制备低冰点融雪剂的方法,并且对不同水酸比条件下获得的融雪剂进行了冰点、融冰能力实验研究,结果表明所制融雪剂冰点可达-23℃,融雪能力达到氯化钙融雪剂能力90%以上,符合《北京地区融雪剂标准(2012)》低温融雪剂的标准,通过对铁钉、青草、混凝土的腐蚀性对比实验结果表明:该融雪剂腐蚀性低于氯化钠和氯化钙腐蚀性。

【Abstract】 The method of preparing low freezing point snow melting agents using sunflower straw ash and dilute acetic acid as raw materials was explored The experimental studies on the freezing point and melting ability of snow melting agents were performanced under different ratios of water to acid. The results show that the freezing point of the snow melting agent can reach-23 ℃, and the melting ability can reach more than 90% of the capacity of calcium chloride snow melting agent. It meets the standards of low temperature snow melting agents in the "Beijing Area Snow Melting Agent Standard(2012)". The comparative experimental results of the corrosiveness of iron nails, green grass,concrete, the results show that the corrosiveness of this snow melting agent is lower than that of sodium chloride and calcium chloride.
