基于半胱胺保护的金纳米酶催化光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根
Colorimetric Detection of Nitrite Ion Based on Peroxidase Mimic Activity of Cysteamine-protected Gold Nanoparticles
【摘要】 在硫酸介质中,亚硝酸根催化溴酸钾氧化过量的碘化钾生成碘三负离子(I3-),I3-能够刻蚀半胱胺保护的金纳米粒子(cyst-AuNPs),导致cyst-AuNPs过氧化物模拟酶的催化活性被抑制,建立了简单、灵敏测定亚硝酸根的比色传感方法。优化了cyst-AuNPs模拟酶催化反应条件。在最佳试验条件下,方法的线性范围为0.008 33~0.142μg·mL-1,线性回归方程ΔA=0.024 9+3.474ρ,相关系数R2为0.987 7,检出限为0.005 8μg·mL-1。将方法应用于水样中亚硝酸根测定,测定结果的RSD在2.1%~3.8%,回收率在93%~107%。
【Abstract】 In sulfuric acid medium, nitrite ion catalyzed the reaction of potassium bromate and excess potassium iodide to generate triiodide ion(I3-),which could etched cysteamine-protected gold nanoparticles(cyst-AuNPs),resulting in inhibition of the peroxidase mimic activity of cyst-AuNPs.Therefore, a simple and sensitive colorimetric method for the determination of nitrite ion was established.The conditions of the catalytic reaction with cyst-AuNPs as peroxidase mimic were investigated.Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of the method was 0.008 33~0.142 μg·mL-1 and the linear regression equation was ΔA=0.024 9+3.474ρ,with a correlation coefficient of R2 = 0.987 7 and a detection limit of 0.005 8 μg·mL-1,respectively.The method was applied to the determination of nitrite in water samples with RSD of 2.1%~3.8% and recoverie of 93%~107%.
