架空输电线路杆塔螺栓松动现状分析及治理对策

【摘要】 螺栓松动是导致部分输电塔失稳的重要原因之一,目前输电塔螺栓紧固情况检查已经成为一项重要的专项监督工作,每年定期开展检查并对松动螺栓及时采取紧固措施。通过调研输电线路铁塔螺栓松动现状,结果发现输电塔螺栓松动现象普遍存在,而“三跨”杆塔螺栓松动率均高于平均水平。通过分析螺栓松动的根本原因并提出输电杆塔螺栓防松治理措施,探讨将形状记忆合金用于输电杆塔螺栓松动治理,为输电杆塔螺栓防松提供新途径。

【Abstract】 Bolt loosening is one of the important reasons for the instability of some transmission towers.Currently,the inspection of bolt fastening of transmission tower has been an important special supervision work,which is carried out regularly every year and the fastening measures are taken in time for the loosening bolts.The current situation of transmission line tower bolt looseness was investigated.It was found that bolt loosening of transmission tower is common,and the bolt loosening rate of‘three-span’tower is higher than the average level.The root causes of bolt looseness were analyzed,and the anti-loosening measures for transmission tower bolts were put forward.The application of shape memory alloy in the treatment of bolt loosening of transmission tower was discussed,which provides a new way for the anti-loosening of transmission tower bolts.
