芦笋雄性两性株的研究进展

【摘要】 为了推进芦笋的全雄育种工作,从芦笋性别分化的遗传基础、雄性两性花的诱导、芦笋雄性两性株的鉴定与应用等方面综述芦笋雄性两性株的研究进展,并指出未来要加大芦笋种质资源的搜集、利用,利用染色体分带技术、荧光原位杂交技术等对芦笋两性株染色体配对开展精细研究,利用高通量分子测序技术开展芦笋雄性两性株遗传机理的研究,并研究表观遗传修饰对芦笋性别决定和性别分化的调控如何稳定地遗传给子代。

【Abstract】 In order to promote the all-male breeding of asparagus,the research progress of andromonoecious plants of Asparagus officinalis was reviewed from the aspects of the genetic basis of sex differentiation of Asparagus officinalis,induction of male bisexual flowers,identification and application of andromonoecious plants of Asparagus officinalis.It was pointed out that in the future,the collection and utilization of Asparagus officinalis germplasm resources should be strengthened,and precise research on chromosome pairing of andromonoecious plants of Asparagus officinalis should be carried out by using chromosome banding technology,fluorescence in situ hybridization technology.The genetic mechanism of male bisexual plants of Asparagus officinalis should be studied by using high-throughput molecular sequencing technology,and how the epigenetic modifications regulate gender determination and differentiation of Asparagus officinalis and how they could be stably inherited to offspring should be investigated.
