药膳“番石榴果粉”对糖尿病津伤燥热证患者疾病控制的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨药膳“番石榴果粉”对糖尿病津伤燥热证患者疾病控制的影响。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年12月在海南省某三甲中医院就诊的符合诊断标准的糖尿病患者200例,随机分为试验组(n=100)与对照组(n=100),两组基础治疗相同,对照组(100例)采取常规护理方法,实验组(100例)在此基础上于三餐前15 min服用药膳“番石榴果粉”,治疗疗程为3个月。分别比较两组干预前和干预3个月后的各项生化指标、临床症状和中医症状积分。结果:干预前两组各指标的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组干预3个月后,BMI、FPG、2HPG、HbA1c等指标较干预前降低(P<0.05),两组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C指标组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);临床症状积分两组在干预90天后比较差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.631,P<0.001),中医症候积分在干预90天后各组均较干预前改善,实验组改善更明。(Z=-11.122 P<0.001;Z=-9.645 P<0.001)。结论:药膳“番石榴果粉”可以有效改善糖尿病津伤燥热证患者的BMI、各项代谢指标,并显著改善糖尿病“三多一少”的临床症状。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of guava fruit powder on disease control for syndrome of body fluid and heat injuring with diabetes. Methods: A total of 200 patients with diabetes in a tertiary hospital of TCM in Hainan from January 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=100) and the control group(n=100). The basic treatment of the two groups was the same. The control group(100 cases) received the routine nursing method, and the experimental group(100 cases) took the medicine guava fruit powder at 15 min before three meals. The course of treatment was 3 months. The biochemical indexes, TCM symptom and clinical symptom scores of the two groups before and 3 months after intervention were compared. Results: there was no significant difference between the 2 groups before the intervention(P >0.05). After 3 months of intervention,,BMI, FPG, 2hPG, HbA1c and other indicators of the experimental group were lower than those before intervention(P<0.05), and the differences of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.001); clinical symptom scores of the two groups after 90 days of intervention was statistically significant(Z=-3.631,P<0.001). After 90 days of intervention, the TCM symptom scores of each group were improved compared with those before intervention, and the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious( Z=-11.122 P<0.001; Z=-9.645 P<0.001). Conclusion: medicated guava fruit powder can effectively improve the BMI and metabolic indexes of syndrome of body fluid and heat injuring with diabetes, and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of diabetes.
