微创技术在脊柱肿瘤中的研究进展

【摘要】 脊柱微创技术是目前治疗脊柱疾病的主要手术方式,其技术范围包括小切口手术、非直视下的微创手术以及内镜下手术等,经过较长时间的发展,术者可根据患者不同疾病采用相应的微创技术进行治疗操作。肿瘤是脊柱中较为特殊的一类疾病,随着微创技术的发展,逐渐在脊柱肿瘤中得到尝试应用,并取得了不错的手术效果,但结合肿瘤疾病的特殊性,目前相关研究多为病例报道或是技术说明,缺少统一的手术使用条件及相关的中长期随访证据支持。本文就目前在脊柱肿瘤中使用较多的微创技术进行综述,详细说明各项技术的优缺点以及相应研究者给出的意见,为今后脊柱微创技术在脊柱肿瘤中的开展提供建议。

【Abstract】 Minimally invasive spine surgery(MISS) is the main surgical technique for spinal diseases, including minimally invasive surgery, image assisted surgery and endoscopic surgery, etc. With long-term development, surgeons can use MISS to treat different diseases of patients correspondingly. MISS has also gradually been used to treat spinal tumors, a special type of spinal disease, and has achieved good effects. Due to special features of tumors, most of relevant studies are case reports or technical specifications, and there is little evidence of unified operation prerequisites and medium-and long-term follow-up. This article reviews MISS that are commonly used in spinal tumors, describes in detail the advantages and disadvantages of each technique and the advices given by researchers, so as to provide suggestions for MISS for spinal tumors in the future.
