【Abstract】 Polysaccharide immune enhancers as an active substance can activate the immune system, elevate the levels of innate immunity and adaptive immunity, and improve the immune response ability of animals, being featured by the advantages of immunomodulation, degradability, low toxicity and safety. The polysaccharides have become one of the research hotspots in aquaculture.
