PFS/MMT复合材料的制备及其处理味精废水性能研究
Study on the Performance of PFS/MMT Composite Material for the Treatment of Monosodium Glutamate Wastewater
【摘要】 利用天然高分子物质与无机高分子絮凝剂制备复合材料处理味精废水,既可以保护环境、也可以有效的降低成本。因此,以聚合硫酸铁(PFS)和蒙脱土(MMT)为原料制备复合材料。研究不同制备条件下的复合材料对处理味精废水性能(COD、NH3-N)的影响。采用FTIR、XRD、SEM、BET等表征手段确定PFS/MMT复合材料的微观结构。实验结果表明,当PFS与MMT质量比为2∶1、制备温度为60℃、制备时间为6 h时,复合材料对味精废水处理效果最佳,COD和NH3-N的去除量分别为27 124、9 119 mg/L。当复合材料加入量为4 g、处理温度为50℃、处理时间为7 h,对味精废水处理效果最佳,COD和NH3-N的去除量分别为27 619、9 290 mg/L。由于PFS通过MMT晶体结构插入到MMT的层间,形成PFS/MMT复合材料,有利于处理味精废水。且PFS/MMT复合材料的比表面积大于PFS和MMT,使得复合材料吸附能力增大,去除量增加。PFS/MMT复合材料用量少,成本低,无二次污染,为味精废水处理行业提供了理论基础。
【Abstract】 The natural macromolecule and inorganic macromolecule flocculant were used to prepare composite material for treating monosodium glutamate wastewater.The composite material can not only protect the environment but also effectively reduce the cost.Therefore,polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) and montmorillonite (MMT) were used to prepare composite materials.The effects of different preparation conditions on the properties of monosodium glutamate wastewater (COD,NH3-N) were studied.The FTIR,XRD,SEM,BET,and other characterization methods were used to determine the microstructure of PFS/MMT composites.The experiment results showed that the composite material has the best treatment effect on monosodium glutamate wastewater under the mass ratio of PFS to MMT is 2:1,the preparation temperature is 60℃,and the preparation time is 6 h.The removal amount of COD and NH3-N were 27 124,9 119 mg/L,respectively.When the additional amount of composite material is 4 g,the treatment temperature is 50℃,and the treatment time is 7 h,the treatment effect of monosodium glutamate wastewater is the best,the removal amount of COD is 27 619 mg/L,the removal amount of NH3-N is 9 290 mg/L.Due to the insertion of PFS into the interlayer of MMT through the MMT crystal structure,a PFS/MMT composite material is formed,which is beneficial for the treatment of monosodium glutamate wastewater.Moreover,the specific surface area of PFS/MMT composite material is greater than that of PFS and MMT,which increases the adsorption capacity and removal amount of the composite material.The PFS/MMT composite materials have low usage,low cost,and no secondary pollution,providing a theoretical basis for the monosodium glutamate wastewater treatment industry.
