硅藻土强化闲置污泥再启动处理大蒜废水试验研究

【摘要】 针对普通活性污泥启动无法处理COD质量浓度近万mg/L的大蒜废水,利用硅藻土强化闲置污泥再启动,提高SBR反应器处理能力。对比分析了普通活性污泥启动和硅藻土强化闲置污泥再启动两种启动方式下,大蒜废水中COD、氨氮、总磷的变化情况。硅藻土强化闲置污泥再启动同普通活性污泥启动相比,启动时间缩短了15 d,COD、氨氮、总磷的去除率分别提高了40.5%、15.6%、24.6%;硅藻土投加量为1.5 g/L时,出水COD、氨氮、总磷分别满足《国家污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)三级排放、一级排放和二级排放标准。硅藻土强化闲置污泥再启动,更能有效处理大蒜废水,污染物去除效果好,出水清澈。

【Abstract】 The garlic wastewater with a COD concentration of nearly 10 000 mg/L cannot be treated by ordinary activated sludge startup, the diatomite was used to strengthen the restart of the idled sludge and improved the treatment capacity of the SBR reactor. The changes of COD, ammonia nitrogen,and total phosphorus in the garlic wastewater were compared and analyzed under two startup modes: the ordinary activated sludge startup and diatomite enhanced idle sludge restart. Compared with the ordinary activated sludge, the restart time of diatomite-enhanced idled sludge was shortened to 33 days, and the removal rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus were increased by 40.5%, 15.6%, and 24.6% respectively. When the dosage of diatomite was 1.5 g/L, the effluent COD, ammonia nitrogen, and total phosphorus severally met the class III discharge, class I discharge and class II discharge standards of the national integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996). The diatomite strengthens the restart of idled sludge, which can more effectively treat the garlic wastewater with a good pollutant removal effect and clear effluent.
