不同去蜡粉砧木南瓜品种嫁接黄瓜对硝酸盐胁迫的抗性差异
Resistance Differences of De-blooming Rootstock Pumpkin Grafted with Cucumber under Nitrate Stress
【摘要】 为比较不同去蜡粉砧木南瓜嫁接黄瓜对硝酸盐胁迫的抗性差异,本试验在140mmol/LNO3-胁迫条件下,对14个砧木品种(系)进行了抗性评价,并选择抗性差异明显的品种检测了硝酸盐胁迫下渗透调节、抗氧化能力和膜脂损伤程度变化。结果表明,‘井田台木’等4个品种硝酸盐抗性较强,‘黄诚根2号’等5个品种中等,‘高油亮’等5个品种较弱;与无胁迫处理相比,硝酸盐胁迫下,‘井田台木’叶片脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量分别上升83.84%、125.45%,‘黄诚根2号’分别上升75.27%和78.68%,‘高油亮’分别上升60.28%和37.98%;叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性‘井田台木’分别上升99.65%、101.51%和249.61%,‘黄诚根2号’分别上升66.06%、80.57%和198.46%,‘高油亮’分别上升42.83%、75.13%和196.44%;叶片丙二醛含量和电解质渗透率‘井田台木’、‘黄诚根2号’、‘高油亮’分别上升38.47%和35.50%、36.90%和43.44%、66.07%和46.52%。研究结果为选择和选育嫁接黄瓜去果面蜡粉且硝酸盐抗性强的砧木南瓜品种提供了依据。
【Abstract】 To compare the resistance differences to nitrate stress of wax-free rootstock pumpkin grafted cucumber, we conducted a resistance evaluation of 14 rootstock varieties(lines) under 140 mmol/L NO3-stress conditions. Varieties with significant resistance differences were selected for observation the changes in osmotic regulation, antioxidant capacity, and membrane lipid damage under salt stress. The results showed that four varieties including ’Jingtai’, had strong nitrate resistance; five varieties including ’Huangchenggen 2’, showed moderate resistance; and five varieties including ’Gao You Liang’, exhibited weak resistance. Compared with no stress treatment, under nitrate stress, the contents of proline and soluble sugar in ’Jingtai’ leaves increased by 83.84% and 125.45% respectively, ’Huangchenggen 2’ increased by 75.27% and 78.68%respectively, and ’Gao You Liang’ increased by 60.28% and 37.98% respectively. The activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), and catalase(CAT) in ’Jingtai’ increased by 99.65%, 101.51%, and 249.61% respectively, in ’Huangchenggen 2’ they increased by 66.06%, 80.57%, and 198.46% respectively, and in ’Gao You Liang’ they increased by 42.83%, 75.13%, and 196.44% respectively. The content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the electrolyte leakage rates in ’Jingtai’, ’Huangchenggen 2’, and ’Gao You Liang’ increased by 38.47% and 35.50%, 36.90% and 43.44%, and 66.07% and 46.52% respectively. The research findings provide a basis for the selection and breeding of de-blooming, stress-tolerant pumpkin rootstock varieties for cucumber grafting.
