以海陵城北区为例浅析城镇排水体制的选择

【摘要】 城镇生活集聚区的水环境污染给城镇发展带来较大麻烦,不同排水体制的选择与适用是困扰城镇基础设施建设的一大难题。收集比选世界范围内排水体制的优秀做法与成功经验,以泰州海陵区雨污分流改造工程为例,探讨了雨污分流改造对区域水环境质量的改善程度,结果表明,雨污分流占排水系统比例由74.69%提升至96.27%后,生活污水管网进水COD浓度由165mg/L提升至191mg/L,区域水环境CODMn的浓度由4.2mg/L降至2.8mg/L。结合城镇排水体制建设的基础与现状,分析了不同区域及差异化排水建制,因地制宜地提出城镇管网排水体制的合理建议。

【Abstract】 The water environment pollution in urban living agglomeration area brings great trouble to urban development, the selection and application of different drainage systems is a big problem which troubles the urban infrastructure construction. This paper collected and choose excellent practices and successful experiences of drainage system in the world, taking the rain and sewage diversion reconstruction project in Hailing District of Taizhou as an example, discussed the improvement degree of regional water environment quality by the diversion of rain and sewage. The results showed that when the proportion of rainwater and sewage diversion in the drainage system increased from 74.69% to 96.27%, the COD concentration of domestic sewage network increased from 165mg/L to 191mg/L, and the CODMn concentration of regional water environment decreased from 4.2mg/L to 2.8mg/L. Based on the foundation and present situation of urban drainage system construction, this paper analyzed different regional and differentiated drainage system, and put forward reasonable suggestions of urban drainage system according to local conditions.
