【Abstract】 In order to adapt to the new round of technology revolution and industrial upgrading, and to give full play to the role of a major country, the construction of new engineering becomes a new core and trend for China to step into a powerful engineering education country. Curriculum reform is one of the five main contents of new engineering construction. The current teaching situation of filament processing engineering for the students majoring in textile engineering was combed, and the problems existing in the teaching were analyzed. The new mode of teaching reform was studied combined with the training objectives of textile engineering specialty.
