呼伦贝尔地区不同燕麦品种农艺性状和营养品质的比较

【摘要】 为筛选适宜呼伦贝尔地区种植的优质燕麦品种,以4个燕麦品种(甜燕1号、甜燕2号、甜燕60和甜燕70)为试验材料,通过测定其乳熟期株高、产量、茎叶比及营养成分等指标,并对其产量和品质进行综合评价。结果表明:甜燕2号干草产量最高,为13 541.63kg·hm-2,显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);甜燕60粗蛋白质含量最高,为10.87%,其次为甜燕2号,为10.77%,二者差异不显著(P>0.05);甜燕2号可溶性碳水化合物含量和钙含量均最高,分别为10.33%和0.34%;甜燕1号相对饲用品质和粗脂肪含量最高,分别为141.67和3.90%;甜燕60相对饲用价值最高达130.00,而酸性洗涤纤维和中性洗涤纤维含量均最低。综合产量和营养品质指标,通过产量和RFV值的耦合分析,4个燕麦品种综合排序为甜燕2号>甜燕70>甜燕60>甜燕1号。

【Abstract】 In order to select high quality oat varieties suitable for planting in Hulunbuir area, four oat varieties(Tianyan 1,Tianyan 2,Tianyan 60 and Tianyan 70) were used as experimental materials.the plant height, yield, stem-leaf ratio and nutritional composition at milk stage were determined, and the yield and quality were evaluated comprehensively.The results showed that the hay yield of Tianyan 2 was the highest(13 541.63kg ·hm-2),which was significantly higher than that of other varieties(P<0.05).The crude protein content of Tianyan 60 was the highest(10.87%),followed by Tianyan 2(10.77%).The soluble carbohydrate content and calcium content of Tianyan 2 were the highest, 10.33% and 0.34%,respectively.Tianyan 1 has the highest relative feed quality and crude fat content of 141.67 and 3.90%,respectively; Tianyan 60 has the highest feed value of 130.00,while the content of acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber is the lowest.According to the comprehensive yield and nutritional quality index, through the coupling analysis of yield and RFV value, the comprehensive order of the four oat varieties was Tianyan 2>Tianyan 70>Tianyan 60>Tianyan 1.
